New Setup: Facility Systems

Setting up a new facility is actually pretty straight forward. You don’t need to know how a Cytrix enterprise environment works to set up a DYMO on the RN’s computer because the facilities IT and our Mako IT team in North Carolina will be there to assist you. The steps below describe the process:

1) Contact the facility Point Of Contact (POC)

This will generally be a facility RN, a facility director, or some other designated individual. Remember, one of our primary obligations is to provide outstanding service to these facilities. Often they are transitioning from another testing company. Our competition’s services are often exhausting for the facility staff. It’s important we demonstrate that we are in fact different, and that their lives are about to get a lot easier. The staff at these facilities have heard all of that before, though. DEMONSTRATE how superior our services are throughout the printer setup process. Setting up the printer is a snap, setting up their team for an excellent customer experience takes patience and understanding.

At most facilities, the computers will be networked together in a secure enterprise environment. This means we will need to find someone with administrative access to install the DYMO Connect software and drivers. Your first step is to find this person, preferably at the facility but in most instances you will need to contact their IT support group.
